Shipping Policy
Standard processing time for an order to ship is 1-2 business days. Many orders will ship the same day an order is placed if placed before noon Eastern time. If an order is received after noon, it will be shipped the next business day.
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).
For Standard Shipping options - please allow 2-6 days for delivery.
Orders are shipped only during business days and not on weekends.
Rush orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by 1pm EST Monday-Friday to be guaranteed same day processing. Rush orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following day.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO’s, FPO’s, or US Territory addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and are not eligible for other expedited shipping methods
Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Edelife Distributing LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Refunds may take as long as 2-3 weeks. Most refunds will be fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.
Replacement Policy
If you received a damaged or defective item from Edelife Distributing LLC, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item at no additional charge.
